About me

I build things at home
and write about it.

I'm a software developer who got obsessed with running things locally. What started as a Pi-hole installation turned into a full home server rack, a Zigbee mesh, and more opinions about DNS than any person should have.

openhomestack.dev is where I share what I learn — the tutorials I wish existed when I was figuring this out, and the honest project logs that include the three failed attempts before the thing that finally worked.

Everything I write about, I'm running right now. If it's on this site, I've actually used it.
